This November, children aged 8 or older* will have the chance to learn the basics of coding thanks to Microsoft. The Regent Street flagship store will be hosting two free workshops on the 9th and 16th November respectfully to help unmask the creative world of coding.
Hosted by Microsoft’s expert technical team, those lucky enough to secure a place will be able to grasp the foundational aspects of coding: from drag-and-drop code blocks to re-creating your favourite fantastic beasts; to magical spells; and more.
By the time the hour and a half session ends, guests will be able to confidently define the basics of coding, use their imagination to customize coding projects and explain the difference between hardware and software.
Dates: 9th and 16th November 2019
