Jelly making workshop with Bompas & Parr

Join us for a wonderful session of jelly making with Harry Parr, co-founder of Bompas & Parr.

Discover the edible artistry of geological jelly in this immersive two-hour workshop. You’ll begin by learning how to transform any liquid into jelly using gelatine, a versatile foundation for creativity.

From there, explore striking techniques to craft your own jelly masterpieces:

  • Terrazzo Jelly – shimmering crystal cubes suspended in a creamy blancmange ‘cement’

  • Marble Jelly – softly veined jelly with delicate swirls of colour

  • Edible Gems – a method for shaping realistic-looking gems and pebbles entirely from jelly

Each guest will leave with a universal jelly recipe card and a box of plastic jelly moulds, everything needed to continue experimenting at home.
