If you’re a keen foodie looking for something a little different to entertain you and your friends on the weekend, Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill has the answer.
Experts at the restaurant will be hosting monthly masterclasses from 10.30am, where guests will start this unique experience with a chilled glass of champagne on arrival, before learning the art of fresh oyster shucking. Once you’ve got hands on and mastered the technique, a much-needed tasting will follow with wines paired by Bentley’s sommeliers.
As well as a new skill, all guests will also take home a gift bag with an apron, oyster knife and recipe cards, so you can try your culinary skills at home.
