On 26th January, Australian Chef Shaun Presland will be hosting an Australian-themed fundraiser to support the bushfire relief effort at Pacific London. The event will be taking place on Australia Day, in support of the New South Wales Rural Fire Service, as well as continuing to raise awareness of this environmental issue.
From 11am, pianist Danny Mills will be performing live whilst you enjoy a delicious Australian barbecue-style brunch with unlimited food. Dishes such as cocktail-sized hamburgers and prawns with garlic shisho butter are on the menu, as well as classic Aussie desserts including a Deconstructed Golden Gaytime and of course, Lamingtons.
There will also be a charity auction hosted on the day, from which 100% of proceeds will be donated to the NSW Rural Fire Services. Prizes include a bespoke sushi masterclass with Shaun for 6 people, an incredible dinner for 6 people cooked at the winner’s home, and a week’s stay at a luxury beach house in Palm Beach Sydney (valued at over £18,000) and more.
Until the end of February, Pacific will also be adding a discretionary £2 to every bill, which will be donated to NSW’s fire service.
Tickets for The Pacific London BBQ brunch and charity auction will cost £50, 100% of which will be donated to the NSW Rural Fire Service. The ticket will include unlimited food and one drink per person.
