Ristorante Frescobaldi has created an evening to celebrate the well-known and well-loved white truffle. If you are a self-confessed truffle enthusiast, we suggest holding the evening of the 6th November in your diary. From 7.30pm, Frescobaldi’s culinary team will be serving a bespoke one-off menu to pay homage to the truffle.
Often considered an indulgent ingredient, Frescobaldi have partnered with the ‘San Pietro A Pettine’ truffle estate – which is noted for producing some of the world’s finest truffles – to create a truffle experience like no other. The four-course dinner promises to highlight the quality of the truffles sourced from San Pietro A Pettine’s estate, located within the Perugia province in Italy.
Those who attend can expect a perfectly matched dining experience. The menu will begin with a Castelmagno and Fontina cheese fondue with white truffles. Guests will then be invited to enjoy a truffle risotto, followed by breaded lamb cutlets with pumpkin. The evening will end with Zabaione and Savoiardi biscuits with San Pietro a Pettine white truffles – with one lucky winner being chosen on the evening to win a complimentary trip to the estate.
