Summer Streets activity 2018

EXPERIENCES

There is so much to see and do on the street, including:

• The return of our Regent Street bees. A number of honey bee hives will be on the street for you to learn about how bees impact our environment, and what you can do to help them! Explore the Busy Bees Food Factory each Sunday and find the bees on the 1st and 22nd of July.

• Be tested on the speed of your serve at ASICS special tennis court on the 1st, step back in time with its retro themed arcade games on the 8th and 22nd, and take part in a range of workouts on the 15th

• For a city chic garden party, head to Ralph Lauren. Their bespoke Polo Bus will be selling personalised Wimbledon-inspired products and there will be an accompanying ball-pit (complete with overhead camera) for all ages to enjoy on the 1st, 8th and 15th 

• Want to try an array of iced tea flavours? Head to T2’s sampling station for a complimentary drink

• Print a personalised t-shirt ay Weekday’s t-shirt printing machine

• Little ones have full permission to colour on the wall, with a family-friendly colouring in wall sponsored by the Royal Academy

• Buy a beautiful bouquet from Moyses Stevens and take a floral snap underneath their stunning flower arch

• Intrigued by how a cobbler creates bespoke shoes? Watch the Barker Shoes team demonstrate the likes of hand cutting, sewing, burnishing and repair and sole stripping outside the store

• Work up a sweat with lululemon who will be coordinating a series of outdoor exercise classes with various fitness brands for you to try each week; 1st Psycle, 8th Frame, 15th Third Space, 22nd UN1T

• Molton Brown’s fragrance cart is on hand to help you to understand your fragrance profile, with summer scents available to purchase directly on the street

• Get creative at one of Anthropologie’s hourly flower workshops

• Indulge in chocolate dipped strawberries at Godiva

• Karen Millen will be handing out scratch cards, with a lucky winner receiving a £100 Karen Millen gift card each week

• Catch some rays outside Folli Follie and relax under their beach parasol, plus enjoy an extra 10% off a great selection of jewellery, watches and bags

• Feel like a VIP thanks to UNOde50’s red carpet, welcoming you into the store on the 1st and 22nd

• Dine al fresco at Caffé Concerto’s outdoor tables and chairs and soak up the summer streets atmosphere

• Whittard of Chelsea will be serving complimentary ice tea to keep you cool

• Jimmy Fairly will be bringing the French west coast to London, with a sunglasses kiosk and beach-style outdoor seating  

• For a quick snack, Wholefoods will be offering a selection of their favourite samples outside the store

• Barbour will be transporting guests to the beach, with a face board photo opportunity outside where you can win a classic Barbour jacket. Simply take a picture of yourself in the board outside the store, follow @thshighlands on Instagram and post the photo on your account. • L’Occitane's café will be bigger and better with bespoke ice cream bikes selling ice cream by the outside picnic area

• Kiehl’s on Wheels is set to return with complimentary skin consultations and sampling available (1st and 22nd)

• Go green and visit TFL's Bigger Greener Bus that is fitted with air purifying plants to help improve London's air quality (22nd July)

• Relax with The Body Shop and enjoy complimentary on-street hand massages and skin consultations 

• Celebrate summer with Hollister's beach themed activity including; pool floats, inflatable photo frame, piñata pull the string, glitter face paint and hair braiding (Hawaiian theme on the 15th and Mexican theme on the 22nd)

• Get playful with Tommy Hilfiger's impressive Scalextric car track (8th July)

• Hawksmoor - Braised ox cheek and beef 'French dip' and Old Spot belly rib with slaw (1st, 8th)

• Heddon Street Kitchen - HSK short rib burger with Monterey Jack cheese, smoked bacon ketchup and veggie burger with portobello mushroom, halloumi, avocado

• Ole & Steen - Selection of breads, pies, biscuits, muffins and pastries 

• Rapha - Banana bread and polenta cake (1st, 8th, 15th)

• Shoryu Ramen - Japanese ramen noodles including; hakata tonkotsu ramen, piri piri tonkotsu ramen, white miso ramen and Shoryu pork bun

• Tibits - Vegeterian and vegan skewers, selection of salads and a dessert of strawberries and vegan cream (1st, 15th)

• The Terrace on Piccadilly - Selection of salads, small plates of salt and pepper squid and Ragstone goat's cheese with pickled beetroot and walnuts, and sweets of chocolate cremeus and vanilla cheesecake (1st, 15th)
