Help in creating something special to celebrate the 50-year history of Pride in London. We are working with GAY TIMES to create a community-curated digital gallery “Memories of Pride” to document five decades of Pride in the heart of the capital. We will highlight photos from the parade’s history so the community and allies can look back at the history that helped pave the way for the next generation of queer people.
We’re inviting you to submit your treasured images of marching, protesting, celebrating and supporting others to join a gallery that will encapsulate the Pride spirit. We would love to include submissions from the LGBTIQ+ community and allies to create a gallery founded on personal memories from this important event. Although the Central London parade isn’t taking place on Regent Street this year, we will come together virtually to pay homage to those who have and continue to fight for LGBTIQ+ rights and celebrate everything LGBTIQ+ with friends and family.
Throughout the summer, we’ll update this page with a Memories of Pride gallery with your submissions, as well as on GAY TIMES, creating spaces to celebrate the importance and history of Pride, and people’s experiences of Pride on Regent Street throughout the decades.
How can I get involved?
