International Women's Day: Luxe Dressing

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we spoke to Leina, owner of Luxe Dressing.

This International Women’s Day, we’re showcasing Luxe Dressing, founded by Leina Kaddouri, whose mission it is to shape fashion and sustainability. As a brand built on making luxury accessible, we spotlight the women behind Luxe Dressing, their journey, and their impact. Join us as we celebrate style, strength, and empowerment.

Fashion brand Luxe Dressing is all about timeless elegance and personal expression, and we asked Leina about her journey.

What was the inspiration behind Luxe Dressing, and how do you see Regent Street as the perfect home for this style?

I think what inspired me was to be able to give to everyone a unique and luxury experience. Luxe Dressing is built on the belief that fashion is more than just clothing, it’s a form of personal expression that tells a story of confidence. We specialise in curating the most coveted and exclusive preloved pieces from luxury brands like Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and many more. Being able to be part of Regent Street, which is one of the most iconic streets for fashion in London, is a real success for us.

Women have long shaped the world of fashion, from design to retail and styling. How do you ensure that your work uplifts and empowers women, whether through craftsmanship, representation, or inclusivity?

As the founder of Luxe Dressing, my mission is to support women across all industries, while making high quality fashion accessible to everyone. Fashion is a powerful tool for self-confidence, and I believe every woman deserves to feel empowered in what she wears. To achieve this, I focus on two key areas, the first one is supporting women in business, we collaborate actively with female entrepreneurs, designers, influencers etc. The second, representation and inclusivity, we celebrate diversity by offering fashion for all different styles. We want every woman to feel powerful!

The fashion industry is constantly evolving. What’s the most unexpected lesson you’ve learned since working in fashion?

Today the global second-hand luxury market is the fastest growing market in fashion retail, expecting to reach $38.32 billion in 2025. The most unexpected lesson I’ve learned in fashion is that accessibility and exclusivity can coexist. True luxury isn’t just about price, it’s about quality, craftsmanship, and confidence. At Luxe Dressing, my team and I have deep expertise in fabrics, quality, and the history of fashion production, allowing us to curate high-end pieces that are timeless.

If you could share one piece of advice with other women, what would it be?

Love what you do, and be passionate is the key to success! Trust in yourself and expand your knowledge, as it is the most powerful asset you can possess.

International Women’s Day is about celebrating progress while recognising the challenges women still face across industries. As a woman in luxury fashion, what barriers have you had to overcome, and how have they shaped you as a leader? On the flip side, have there been moments where being a woman in this space has felt particularly empowering?

As a woman in luxury fashion, I’ve had to challenge traditional expectations and show that high-quality fashion can be both luxurious and accessible. Breaking into leadership circles and making sure women have a real voice, beyond just being consumers has been a big challenge. But there have also been amazing moments, like supporting female-led brands and making luxury fashion more inclusive. These experiences have made me a stronger, more determined leader, passionate about creating real change in the industry.

Regent Street is synonymous with style and heritage, from world-class boutiques to exclusive fashion experiences. Where’s your favourite place in the area to find inspiration or indulge in a moment of luxury?

Regent Street is such a beautiful mix of heritage and modern luxury, it’s hard to pick just one place! For inspiration, I love walking through the street and looking at all the different windows displays it’s always so  inspiring and brings so many new ideas.
