Hotel Café Royal has launched Laurent, a Grill & Sushi Bar with internationally renowned chef Laurent Tourondel at the helm. Promising to bring a truly international menu to the historic hotel, foodies will be excited to learn that Laurent is Tourondel’s first venture in Europe.
The open kitchen and grill is the real culinary highlight, with guests able to enjoy the likes of grilled fish and meats as well as a selection of lighter raw dishes from the sushi bar. Dishes on the menu are inspired by Tourondel’s time spent in the likes of the USA, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan and the Caribbean. Our personal favourite is the indulgent American-style Yorkshire Puddings, which will be served at the start of each meal and are gently infused with cheese. Aside from a quirky array of dishes, there is also a cocktail bar featuring innovative mixology – perfect for those just looking for a tipple.
Located on the first floor of Hotel Café Royal, Laurent is set in a striking space designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Laurent also offers incredible views over Regent Street below, making it an ideal spot to drink and dine in style while taking in the expansive view of this West End hot spot.
Laurent will be open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
