Fans of Psycle keep reading – the leading boutique fitness and wellness brand has just opened its reimagined studio on Mortimer Street. Making it the largest boutique fitness space in the capital, the impressive new studio has been designed to be a hub for all your fitness needs, allowing you to explore different ways to move and connect with like-minded individuals.
The space is a six floor haven paying homage to health and wellness. It will now offer all four of Psycle’s workouts - ride, yoga, barre and strength - as well as exciting workshops, mindfulness courses and one-to-one coaching.
There are also brand new classes for you to try as well, with over 60 classes added to the schedule, and options for all levels and ability. Feeling inspired? A few interesting new additions you can try out below:
- Revival yoga – half power, half yin, this hybrid class fires up the muscles and makes you sweat before allowing the body - and mind - to provide the perfect antidote to stress
- Breaking down the barre – designed for those new to barre or for those who want to improve on the fundamentals, this class is all about technique. It will help you to master key skills and postures to make your workouts as effective as possible
- Stamina – test your body, mind and stamina with this endurance based 60-minute class. Working in teams across multiple stations, this class will throw everything at you
For post-workout revitalisation, Psycle’s Energy Kitchen is also bigger and better, with a range of shakes, grab and go food, coffee and more. You’ll also be able to purchase probiotic elixirs, turmeric and adaptogenic lattes, and functional boosters like CBD oil.
The expanded studio will also offer The Energy Project: a 6-week or 12-week programme designed to improve both physical and emotional health. The project connects nutrition, rest, and complementary forms of exercise, to help your body feel good. There really is a reason for anyone to visit.
