Our pioneering Food Waste Pledge launched in May this year and has continued to grow from strength to strength.
With a number of leading London destinations already committing to collectively reduce food waste by 25% by May 2020, we’re pleased to announce that three further restaurants have since committed to reducing food waste:
- Sabor: serving Michelin-starred Spanish cuisine created by Nieves Barragon, Sabor has risen quickly to become a firm favourite on the London dining scene.
- Ziggy Green: serving Australian-inspired brunch fare, Ziggy Green is bright and breezy addition to the pledge. Find Ziggy Green in Regent Street’s foodie quarter, Heddon Street, just a stone’s throw away from other pledge restaurants, such as tibits and Sabor.
- Neat Burger: a plant-based burger concept recently opened on Regent Street, Neat Burger offers fast food without impacting the planet. Backed by racing driver hero Lewis Hamilton, the funky interiors are yet another reason to pay this restaurant a visit.
Need a reminder on the other drinking and dining destinations are committed to reducing their impact on the environment and tackling the important issue of food waste? Please find a list below spanning our foodie network across Regent Street & St James’s:
We would love for you to keep supporting these innovative restaurants and encourage you to pay a visit to found out how they are working to reduce their waste in person.
