Fair processing notice

We are running this survey to understand more about our customers’ views and needs in these challenging times. To reward you for your time, we would like to offer participants the opportunity to be entered into a draw to win shopping vouchers. If you would like to be entered, please provide your contact details at the end of the survey, which will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition. We will contact all entrants by 5 July 2020 to let them know whether they have been successful or not.

You will also be asked to enter demographic data at the end of the survey which can be completed on a voluntary basis. This data will be kept in anonymous form, after any contact details provided for the competition have been deleted (in the case of prizewinners, whose contact details will be kept for longer, any demographic data provided will be kept separately), and retained for research purposes.

The controller for your personal data is The Crown Estate, which has legitimate interests in running promotional events and conducting research into its customers’ needs, with a view to ultimately returning revenue to the taxpayer. Any personal data you provide will be handled by The Crown Estate and agencies working on its behalf, and will not leave the UK.
