Under The Sea with Wiltons

An icon on the London dining scene, Wiltons on Jermyn Street will play host to 'Under The Sea', a celebratory evening of British seafood. 

Head Chef Daniel Kent has joined forces with an independent fish and seafood supplier to create a 5-course tasting menu showcasing some of this incredible produce. Enjoy dishes including Hand-dived Devonshire scallops and Colchester Native oysters with Sturia Oscietra Caviar and Champagne Sauce.

Daniel and the Wilton's team will be joined by Top Catch, who will welcome you on the evening with fascinating insight on sustainable fishing practices and how they bring the freshest catch of the day to our plates.

Your ticket for the evening will include: a welcome drink and a 5-course tasting menu.
