Learn the tricks of the trade at this oyster masterclass, hosted by Bentley's expert oyster boys! Shucking over 1000 oysters a day, the team are well suited to guide you through the world of our favourite molluscs.
The event will feature Native Oysters, which will have just come into season. Enjoy a selection of different oysters paired with Cava, shucked by your own hand and taste the difference between oysters from around the shores.
